book is by far one of the best books I've ever read on fat loss.
While much of what he has to say has been said before (eat every 3
hours, eat more protein, cycle carbs, etc.), the way he explains things
and the way he puts it all together is what makes this book worth
buying. He doesn't waste time talking about biochemistry the way other
