In theory, weight loss is pretty easy. If you consume fewer calories than the number you burn, you will lose weight, and vice versa. It doesn't matter whether you eat a slice of pizza or a celery stick. The problem is, a slice of pizza has a LOT more calories. This is why eating low calorie foods is the only way you are going to satisfy your appetite and lose weight.
